Military Families Connect

Military Families Connect (MFC) of the Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County would like to invite everyone with a loved one in the Armed Forces (Reserve, Guard and Active Duty) and our service members to join us for our monthly meetings, held on the fourth Monday of each month, 5:30-7:30pm at the American Legion Post, 40 Stafford St., Plymouth, WI.

This is a great opportunity to meet and get to know family and friends of our military members from the area. Each monthly meeting begins with a potluck, followed by the meeting or activity. Please bring a dish to share and your own beverage. Plates, napkins and silverware will be provided.

Transition to Home for Veterans and Families of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF) 

Have you serrved in support of OIF/OEF or are you a family member of someone who has served in support of OIF/OEF?  Transition to Home is a great way to meet others who have served here or abroad.

Because Military Families Connect (MFC) recognizes that the journey can be smooth or bumpy, Transition to Home is an opportunity to meet others sharing the same journey.  Separate discussions will be held for those who have been deployed and for their family members to focus on various topics identified by the group.

Join us to share your successes or bumps in the road with others.

Wednesdays, April 7, 14 & 21, 2010 from 6:30pm - 8pm at the Family Resource Center, 2508 S.8th Street, Sheboygan.  Childcare available with registration.
