Birth to Three Early Intervention For eligible infants and toddlers with significant developmental delays including cognitive delays, physical impairments, sensory problems, speech and language delays or emotional disturbances. The Literacy Council Project of the Family Resource CenterFRC
The Literacy Council Project provides literacy services for adults and children in Sheboygan County through its One-on-One Adult Literacy tutoring program, and through its Partners in Reading program, a reading enrichment program available to all elementary schools in Sheboygan County. Military Families ConnectFRC Military Families Connect (MFC) welcomes family members, friends and service members from all branches of the Armed Forces; Active, Guard and Reserves. Monthly meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month at the American Legion Post 243, 40 Stafford St. Plymouth, WI. Meetings begin with a potluck meal and exchange of information, followed by an activity or speaker. Children are welcome and activities are provided. Registration is appreciated for meeting planning. Safe Place For Newborns
There is a safe place for your newborn. You can leave your unharmed baby, up to 3 days old, with a hospital employee at any hospital in Wisconsin. Both hospitals in Sheboygan County are “Safe Places for Newborns.” No questions asked, not even your name. No police will be called. The baby will be given medical care, and then put up for adoption. If you can’t get to the hospital, there are other options. Please call our crisis line at 1-877-440-BABY (2229).

Supervised Visitation and Healthy Exchange ProgramFRC
Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin-Sheboygan and the Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County work together to provide a safe place for couples to exchange their children for visitation. If you are a parent who wants assistance with positive visitation exchanges, call Children’s Service Society at 920-458-5062.
Wisconsin Well Woman This program provides free mammograms for women ages 50-64 who are uninsured or underinsured who meet income guidelines.
